REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

At Deluxe Pup Store, we want you and your pup to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. Please read this policy carefully to understand your options for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Returns
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the items are in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original packaging or tags attached. Items that have been used, damaged, or altered may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These may include gift cards, clearance items, or special promotional products. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.

Requesting a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@deluxepupstore.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if applicable.

Shipping for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely. Deluxe Pup Store is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt of the item. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please include this request when contacting our support team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. Please note that customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are shipped by contacting our support team. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but it may still be returned according to this return policy.
